PI 101 - Introduction to Philosophy (3)


This course will review the great philosophical traditions surrounding the eternal questions concerning nature and the human condition. Students will review the great philosophies from Asia and the west in order to understand knowledge, reason and faith. This will challenge students to become more active and engaged ethical citizens by working with their communities.

Prerequisite(s): EN 110 .
Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs):
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate knowledge of philosophical views.
  2. Demonstrate a commitment to ethical behavior.
